Her Dignity represents the freedom and independence women can achieve by developing practical skills that empower their future. The Her Dignity Project is an initiative dedicated to supporting and inspiring women to gain the knowledge and abilities they need to become strong, confident and self-sufficient.
Founded by Prayashna, the project is deeply rooted in her personal journey. After moving abroad at a young age without essential skills, she faced numerous challenges that shaped her perspective. Her mission is to help other women become better prepared for life’s uncertainties and to empower them to create their own opportunities.

Our Mission and Vision
Our mission is to equip women with practical skills, financial knowledge and entrepreneurial tools that can help them build independent and sustainable futures.
We do this by delivering accessible online workshops, with plans to expand into in-person sessions across different areas of Nepal. Through these programs, we focus on real-life skills such as financial literacy, monetisation, and entrepreneurship, empowering women to take control of their lives, generate income and make informed decisions.
We envision a world where women, regardless of their circumstances, have the ability to support themselves and live with dignity and independence. Whether at home or in their communities, every woman should have the opportunity to earn, grow and make her own choices.
Her Dignity Project aims to inspire women to step out of their comfort zones, build confidence and create opportunities for themselves, so that even in difficult situations, they have the strength and ability to stand on their own.
We believe no woman should feel forced to stay in a situation due to lack of financial independence. Every woman deserves the ability to support herself and make choices that are right for her life.
